Here's a head's up: Cosplay Mania '13 tickets will be available starting today. Tickets will still be sold on the event days but if you want to avoid long queues, you can buy
your tickets at any SM Cinema branch near you! Just look for the SM Tickets booth.
Cosplay Mania 2013 will be held on
October 5 - 6, 2013, at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia. This will be the 13th Cosplay Mania since 2000, and it's getting bigger every year.
Like last year, there will be two tickets to choose from.
Hall Access tickets costs Php150, but if you wish to have access to the Stage where most of the major activities will be held, I suggest you buy the
Full Access ticket which costs Php250.
Note for the budget conscious: In Cosmania`11, I bought the hall pass for the first day, and even though it's not full access, I enjoyed the day greatly. There's a mini stage where games are held and when it's free, it's where cosplayers do their photoshoot, so I got pictures of cosplayers "on stage" ;). On the second day I had the Full Access ticket and I could say the additional fee was worth it.
As of posting, guest cosplayers have not yet been announced, but last year international cosplayers
Kaname, Reika and
Jesuke graced the event.
