Fairy Tail anime to continue

Hiro Mashima himself has said it earlier on: the production of Fairy Tail anime does not end on episode 175. [source 1, source 2] 

A few months afterwards, here's a bit of news! It's not yet detailed, but on the pages of the latest Fairy Tail  manga, Mashima noted: "TV ANIME PROJECT, RESTART!"

Even though there's no details yet, Mashima has since March been telling us to "wait for some good news" and a few days ago has been telling fans that "There will be good news on July 4" which was later moved to July 11. If that isn't confirmation enough to you, I don't know what else to say.

Fairy Tail Episode 175 featured "Natsu vs the Two Dragons" from manga Chapter 296. If the supposed anime continuation picks up directly from the manga (as opposed to inserting a filler arc/episode), the anime will soon delve deeper into the Eclipse project and the forces behind it.

We still await further news on this topic. Hopefully it will be sooner than later.
